My Chin Up Progress – [0-20 NPF]

Goal: 20 Chin Up in first set (not perfect-form/some half-reps)

Status: Completed on 31st August 2015

Date: 01st May 2015 – 31st August 2015 (4 Months)

Note: Started May 01 2015 and was unable to do ONE chinup. Used Negative Chin-Up method to get to 5, and started the below method to get from 5 to 15 on 01 June 2015

Set: Each set was followed by diamond push-ups and chest low-flyovers.
